Background:
UnmannedX recently partnered with Nordic Unmanned to enhance operational efficiency by reducing the onsite crew from three to two persons during drone operations.

Project Overview:
The project involved a thorough management of change process. We began by identifying the potential for crew reduction, followed by conducting several trials to assess the feasibility. This was complemented by in-depth discussions with key stakeholders, including both management and operational teams.

Risk Analysis and Change Implementation:
A comprehensive risk analysis was performed to ensure safety and operational continuity. We managed the entire change process, guiding Nordic Unmanned from the initial concept through to successful implementation.

Results:
On shifts where the change was implemented, Nordic Unmanned achieved a 33% reduction in personnel and travel costs. Feedback from both managers and crew was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of the new system.
